Job context
Olivine Ltd. is seeking a talented and enthusiastic full-stack developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, scalable and user-friendly applications, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications
- Integrate data from backend services, APIs and databases
- Ensure the technical feasibility and consistency of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver new features
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Follow best practices for clean code, version control and deployment
Required technical skills
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Material UI, Google Fonts
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS
- API and authentication: Axios, CORS configuration, JWT
- Database and caching: MySQL, Redis
- Tools: Git / version control, RESTful API integration
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL concepts
- Solid understanding of caching (Redis)
- Familiarity with development best practices and secure coding standards
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Salary and benefits
- Salary: Up to BDT 60,000 (negotiable based on experience and skill)

Job nature
Full-time. Office time 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, with refreshment on alternate Saturdays.
